Scott Etish
Duke's Elite Youth Coordinator
Scott Etish brings extensive coaching, leadership, and organizational experience to his role as Youth Coordinator for Dukes Elite Lacrosse Club. He previously coached the Dukes 2034 team and has since expanded his role within the organization, supporting player development, coach alignment, and long-term growth at the youth level.
Outside of Dukes, Scott is deeply involved with Upper Dublin Lacrosse Club (UDLC), where he has coached across multiple age groups, served as UDLC’s representative to SEPYLA, and sits on the SEPYLA Board. He has also coached Upper Dublin soccer teams at both the recreational and travel levels.
Scott’s commitment to youth sports extends well beyond the lacrosse field. He served on the board of SquashSmarts, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit that combines athletics and academics to empower public school students, for more than a decade. A strong advocate for the positive impact of sports, Scott believes athletics play a critical role in building character, confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills.
As Youth Coordinator, Scott looks forward to helping Dukes continue its tradition of excellence while creating meaningful opportunities for young athletes to grow—both on and off the field.
