Rob Forster is the program director for the Duke's and is the head coach at LaSalle College High School. Prior to coaching at Lasalle, Forster was the head coach for the Academy of the New Church and spent a couple seasons as a part of the University of Pennsylvania men’s lacrosse team as a video coordinator. 

Tom Lemieux is the head boys’ lacrosse coach at Springfield high school. Lemieux joined the Springfield coaching staff in 2010 and in the 2023 season earned his 200th career win. Lemieux has lead the cougar team to back to back PIAA championships in 2016 and 2017. 

Kyle Long, a former University of Maryland attacker, was the No. 27 overall pick in 2023 PLL Draft. While at Maryland, Long accumulated various accolades and honors including inside lacrosse All-American, all big ten second team and the national championship win in 2022. Prior to college, Long was an Under Armor All-American, the no. 20 overall player in the 2018 class by inside lacrosse and two time US Lacrosse All-American.
