Jack Forster

Director of HS Lacrosse and Recruiting

Rob Forster is the program director for the Duke's and is the head coach at LaSalle College High School. Prior to coaching at Lasalle, Forster was the head coach for the Academy of the New Church and spent a couple seasons as a part of the University of Pennsylvania men’s lacrosse team as a video coordinator.

AJ Juliani

Director of Youth Lacrosse Development and Camps

AJ Juliani is an important part of the Duke's Elite team. Juliani is a coach for the Abbington Lacrosse Club and the BPG Nationals team who plays in the circuit . Juliani additionally uses his lacrosse knowledge writing for Inside Lacrosse.

RYNE ADOLPH

Ryne Adolph is the defensive coordinator for Springfield high school. Springfield consistently finished as one of the top defensive units in the state, as Adolph trains players to be smart and aggressive. Adolph coached at the division 1 level with VMI for one season. Prior to coaching Adolph Played division 1 lacrosse at the university of Maryland and was captain for the 2008 season.

KYLE LONG

Kyle Long, a former University of Maryland attacker, was the No. 27 overall pick in 2023 PLL Draft. While at Maryland, Long accumulated various accolades and honors including Inside Lacrosse All-American, all big ten second team and the national championship win in 2022. Prior to college, Long was an Under Armor All-American, the no. 20 overall player in the 2018 class by inside lacrosse and two time US Lacrosse All-American.

PAT LACON

Coach Pat Lacon is the head coach at Upper Dublin. Prior to upper Dublin, Lacon coached at LaSalle College High School and Wissahickon High School. In those roles Lacan was able to guide his teams to five Philadelphia Catholic League Championships and three PIAA State Championship appearances.

RICK SMITH

Rick Smith is a 2001 graduate from Wissahickon High School and former Assistant Coach Hatboro Horsham 2002-2008. After coaching at Hatboro Horsham, Smith was an assistant Coach Methacton 2009. Now, Smith the the current Head Coach at North Penn HS and is a Special Education Teacher at North Penn.

JASON CHRISTMAS

Jason Robinson is a former Lower Merion High School and Villanova University lacrosse player. Addtionally Robinson iss a former lacrosse coach at Lower Merion High School and coach of U15 Ashbee lacrosse team. Robinson is the current Duke's High School Lacrosse Club Associate Head Coach Defensive Coordinator andHead Talent Scout.

MATT SCHLEICHER

Ryan Lehman played at the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2016. Prior to Maryland, Lehman was a 2012 Under Armour High School All American and was ranked the No. 11 freshman defender in the nation, and the 35th overall recruit by Inside Lacrosse. Ryan Lehman coaches for Brotherly Love.

TOM LEMIEUX

Tom Lemieux is the head boys’ lacrosse coach at Springfield high school. Lemieux joined the Springfield coaching staff in 2010 and in the 2023 season earned his 200th career win. Lemieux has lead the cougar team to back to back PIAA championships in 2016 and 2017.

SHANE STURGIS

Shane Sturgis is a former professional lacrosse player who played for the Boston Cannons and the New York lizards. Before playing professionally, Sturgis was an attackman at Penn State University from 2011-2014. Sturgis coached with lacrosse evolution and now is a member of the ANC coaching staff.

ANDREW STREILEIN

Andrew Strelein is a graduate of Wagner University and hold the. record for all time points in program history. Strelein is also the founder of Strive Lacrosse Academy which has allowed him to work with over 500 athletes to elevate lacrosse athletes skills.

JEB BRENFLECK

A current member of the Penn State University lacrosse team, Jeb Brenfleck is dedicated to helping develop the next generation of great lacrosse players. Brenfleck created his own lacrosse lesson business to help young athletes grow confidence and develop their skills. Benfleck is a great mentor and role model for young athletes to learn from and is a great addition to the Dukes Elite coaching staff.
